MapleStory Milestone Summer Showcase Reward Gift List Schedule Roadmap

Today, after a long time,

I'm back with a MapleStory post.

I've been taking a break from MapleStory while getting into League of Legends for a while,

but I still wanted to check out the summer showcase.

So, while I was on a business trip to Jeju last weekend,

I watched the Milestone Showcase.

It lasted for almost 4 hours,

and I was a little surprised at the amount of preparation and content they had.

It's such a huge amount of content and schedule,

so I decided to write a post to summarize it briefly.

First, here's the overall schedule roadmap.

The test server was opened right after the showcase,

and it includes content from the upcoming update next week through November.

First, Aran and Eunwol, the hero class, will be updated with a remaster called 'Kaika Wolyoung'.

This summer's Milestone Showcase has a lot of improvements, changes, and updates,

and the first one is the Maple Scheduler system.

You won't have to check daily, weekly, and boss content in separate tabs anymore.

You can now check everything in one place, making it a convenient feature.

The growth path for levels 200 and below has been revamped, making it a bit easier to raise alts.

A main quest line has been added to the quest window,

making it easier to see and complete the essential main quests up to level 200.

One of my favorite improvements is that you can now use the guide without any movement conditions.

Previously, there were conditions like completing regional quests, story progress, or monster counts,

but they've been removed, making movement much more flexible.

Character preset shortcut keys have been added,

a dedicated buff system for the Fog Forest Training Grounds is being introduced,

and buff display settings now include auto-sort, minimize, and favorite features.

Another improvement I like is the addition of a quick character change feature.

You can now switch to your alt without having to go back to the character selection screen,

saving time and making it much more convenient.

A boss cutscene skip feature is being implemented, where the party leader can skip it.

This will be helpful for faster boss runs.

The number of V Matrix slots is being expanded,

and a feature to select and create enhancement cores will be added.

Finally, the 6th job advancement quest, which was a bit time-consuming and challenging, is being revamped.

The route and required experience have been reduced by 85%,

making it easier for alt characters to reach 6th job.

The Genesis weapon quest has been made more convenient,

and the days for the Scroll of Enhancement Fever Time have been extended from Sunday to Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

This makes enhancing items easier.

The Pet and Android transparency feature has finally been added.

It's always been a bit chaotic during boss battles, especially with a full party, and the pets and androids made it even harder to see the screen.

With transparency, boss runs will be much more comfortable.

Great news for Mac users! MapleStory beta testing will finally be available on macOS starting in June.

The system for resetting additional potential abilities on equips with an additional potential ability reset system will be changed to use mesos.

I'm quite happy with the many improvements they've made.

A new boss is being added: Limbo, who previously appeared as a story boss in the Karsion story, will be officially released as a top-tier boss.

The entry level is 285.

The boss rewards include all parts of the Eternel set, and a new boss accessory called 'Whispers of Origin' will be released.

Exceptional Enhancement is being revamped, and extraction will become possible.

Hexa Stat 2 is finally opening in July!

It will be available to players who are level 265 or higher and have their Hexa Stat 1 core at level 20 or above.

The main summer event, 'A Page from Memory', will be held this summer.

It revolves around the past stories of the Black Mage's commanders, and the main reward system is the 'Forgotten Festival Scroll'.

It's divided into Basic Exploration and Advanced Exploration.

Various potions that can be obtained after June 20th will also be applicable to Hyper Burning characters!

White Additional Potential Cubes and Black Cubes will continue to be given out through events.

Karma Epic Potential Scrolls will be available at the Festival Record Synthesis Coin Shop.

Secret Record Recovery will replace the existing Boss Coin Shop and be available at the Punch King Coin Shop.

A new potion skill called 'Blessing of the Aswan Priestess' will be introduced.

You can play a weekly mini-game called 'Spirit's Memory' and get a hunting support skill called 'Van Leon's Swordsmanship'.

The Goldrich's Secret Vault event is back this year!

Star Galaxy Damage Skin, 5-level Seedling, and Wonder Berry Black Pet Selection Box will be added.

The mesos required to enter the Star Force stage will be removed, and a meso sponsorship feature will be added.

The 'View Together' feature for results will also be improved.

The overall UI of the event list will be revamped.

Hyper Burning and Tera Burning will run for a total of 4 months, from June 20th to October 16th, and Burning World will also be open.

A new feature called Item Burning is being introduced.

It's available for newly created Hyper Burning characters, and when you defeat bosses, the items you equip will be enhanced.

You can get a 3-line 5-app enhanced time-limited item with very good options.

For those who live and breathe for fashion, there will be illustration-based fashion packages.

Packages for the Cygnus Knights and Heroes will be available.

The previous adventurer class packages were beautiful, and these new ones are just as gorgeous.

If your main character is a Cygnus or Hero, I think these packages are worth buying.

You can also get hunting titles and boss titles, so keep that in mind.

Personally, I really like the Empress Cygnus outfit.

PC Bang event benefits have been improved.

Additional experience and rewards have been changed, so I'll be spending a lot of time at PC Bangs during the summer break.

As someone who frequently travels to Jeju for business,

I was ecstatic to hear that a MapleStory cafe is opening in Jeju!!

It will be located at the Nexon Computer Museum.

They'll have cookies and desserts, a themed interior, and Jeju-exclusive MD goods.

The preview images are already out,

and everything looks so cute and pretty...

I'll be in Jeju for a few days in July, so I'm planning to visit on the opening day, July 23rd!

I'll write a post about it as soon as I get back.

A new epic dungeon called Angler Company will be updated in August.

Bonus reward selection for epic dungeons will be expanded, including the currently ongoing High Mountain.

It will be applied from the June update.

You can choose between High Mountain and Angler Company for rewards.

In September, a new level 290 region called Talahat will open.

A new symbol called the Grand Authentic Symbol will also be released.

It's still a long way off for me, who has only recently reached Odeum.

October will bring a new content called Azmos Gorge.

The rewards include mesos and enhancement resources.

It's a new type of content, so I'm looking forward to seeing what it's like.

MapleStory will be collaborating with other IPs.

It's a collaboration with other games and brands.

When I first saw it in the showcase, I wondered what it was.

But as soon as the preview video came out,

the comments section went wild.

It's a collaboration with the popular anime, Demon Slayer.

And also with Dave the Diver.

I couldn't help but ask, 'Why this combination?'

The Dave the Diver collaboration will be first in October,

followed by the Demon Slayer collaboration in November.

I haven't seen Demon Slayer yet, but I hear fans are going crazy.

They're creating items and fashion based on the main characters.

It seems like there will be a string of exciting events from summer to fall and winter.

Sadly, there are no plans for new 6th job skills or balance patches this year.

I'm a little disappointed about that.

Of course, there are gifts with the showcase.

You can receive the Milestone Showcase Gift Box.

It includes Mike's Gift Box and various other rewards.

You can get it from Saturday, June 8th to Wednesday, June 19th.

Visit the administrator NPCs in each town to claim your gift.
