Today, after a long time,

I'm back with a MapleStory post.

I've been playing LoL for a while now,

and I've been taking a break from MapleStory.

But I still wanted to see the summer showcase,

and I watched the Milestone Showcase last weekend while I was on a business trip to Jeju.

It was nearly 4 hours long,

and I was surprised by how much preparation and content they had.

It's a huge amount of content and schedule,

so I decided to make this post as a way to organize things for myself.

First, here's an overview of the schedule roadmap.

The test server went live right after the showcase,

and it includes content from the next week's update all the way to November.

First, the hero classes Aran and Eunwol will be updated with a remaster called "Blooming Moonlit Shadow."

This summer's Milestone Showcase brought a lot of improvements, changes, and updates.

First, the Maple Scheduler system has been updated so you don't have to check each daily, weekly, and boss content separately.

It's a convenient function that allows you to check everything in one place.

The growth route for levels 200 and below has been revised, making it easier to level up your alts.

The main quest line has been created in the quest window, making it easier to see and complete the essential main quests for reaching level 200.

One improvement I personally like is the ability to use the guide without any movement requirements.

Originally, there were requirements like completing quests in that region, progressing through the story, or reaching a certain monster count.

But now, these are gone, so it's more convenient to move freely.

Shortcut keys for character presets have been added,

the Mist Forest Training Ground now has its own dedicated buff system,

and the buff display settings now have automatic sorting, minimization, and favorite functions.

Another improvement I like is the addition of quick character switching.

You can now switch to your alts directly without going to the character selection screen, saving you time and making things much easier.

Next up, the boss cutscene skip function has been added.

The party leader can skip the cutscene, making boss runs faster.

The number of V Matrix slots has been expanded,

and the ability to select and craft enhancement cores has also been added.

Finally, the time-consuming and somewhat difficult 6th job advancement quest has been revised,

and the required experience has been reduced by 85%.

It's going to be much easier to advance your alts to 6th job.

The Genesis weapon quest has been improved,

and the days for the Mark of the Spell Fever Time have been increased from Sunday only to Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

That's going to make enhancement a lot easier.

Finally, the transparency function has been added to pets and androids.

Boss runs were already chaotic with everyone dodging attacks and trying to move, but with pets and androids, it was even more chaotic.

It was hard to see the screen because of all the extra stuff on it.

But now, with the transparency feature, boss runs are going to be a lot more comfortable.

This is great news for Mac users.

MapleStory beta testing will be available on Mac OS starting in June.

The potential system for the additional potential system has been changed to use mesos.

I was happy to see a lot of improvements,

Another new boss is coming out.

Limbo, the story boss from the Karcion story, is being officially released as a top-tier boss.

The entry level is level 285.

Boss rewards include the full set of Ethereal gear,

and a new boss accessory, the Whisper of the Origin, will be released.

The Exceptional Enhancement system has been revised,

and extraction will be possible.

Finally, Hexa Stat 2 is coming out!

It's scheduled for July, and it's available to players who are level 265 or above and have Hexa Stat 1 core level 20 or above.

The main summer event, "A Page in Memory," will be held this summer.

It's about the past of the Black Mage's Army Commanders,

and the main reward system is the Forgotten Festival's Book.

It's divided into Basic Exploration and Advanced Exploration.

All kinds of potions obtainable after June 20th will be applicable to Hyper Burning characters!

White Additional Cubes and Black Cubes will be given out continuously in events.

Karma Edy Epic Potential Scrolls will be released in the Festival Record Alchemy Coin Shop.

Secret Record Recovery will replace the existing Boss Coin Shop in the Punch King Coin Shop.

A new potion skill called "Aswan Witch's Blessing" will be released,

you can play a weekly mini-game called "Spirit's Memory,"

and you can get a hunting support skill called "Van Leon's Swordsmanship."

Goldrich's Secret Vault event is back,

with the addition of the Star Galaxy Damage Skin, 5-level Seed Ring, and the Wonder Berry Black Pet Selection Box.

When entering Star Force stages,

the mesos consumption will be removed, the mesos sponsorship function will be added,

and the "View with Results" function will be improved.

The overall event list UI is being revamped.

Hyper Burning and Tera Blink will be running for a total of four months from June 20th to October 16th.

The Burning World will also be open during this period.

For the first time ever, Item Burning is being introduced.

This is available for newly created Hyper Burning characters,

and when you defeat a boss, the item is enhanced.

You can get a 3-card, 5-app enhanced limited-time item with great options.

For those of us who live and breathe for our outfits,

illustration-based outfit packages are coming out.

There will be packages for the Cygnus Knights and the Heroes.

I thought the Adventurer packages from last time were beautiful,

and these ones are also gorgeous.

If your main character is a Cygnus Knight or a Hero,

you should definitely consider buying them.

You can also get hunting titles and boss titles.

I really like the Empress Cygnus outfit.

PC Bang event benefits have been improved,

and additional experience and rewards have also been changed.

As someone who goes to Jeju every week for business,

I screamed when I saw this.

A MapleStory cafe is opening in Jeju!

It's going to be located at the Nexon Computer Museum,

with cookies and desserts, a charming interior,

and Jeju-exclusive MD goods.

Images have already been released,

and everything looks super cute and pretty!

I'll be in Jeju for a few days in July,

so I'm planning to do an open run on the 23rd, the opening day!

I'll write a review post right after I go.

A new epic dungeon called Angler Company will be updated in August.

The bonus reward selection for epic dungeons is being expanded,

and it's being applied to the currently ongoing Highmountain dungeon, starting with the June update.

From now on, in new epic dungeons, if you use your experience and brains well,

you can clear the dungeon faster.

You can choose between Highmountain and Angler Company.

In September, a new level 290 region called Talhahat will open.

The Grand Ascentic symbol, a new symbol, will also be released.

In October, a new content called Azmos Gorge will be released.

Rewards will include mesos and enhancement tools.

It's a completely new content,

so I'm a little excited to see what it's like.

It was shown on screen that MapleStory will be collaborating with other IPs,

and they said it was a collaboration with another game or brand.

I wondered what it was when I first saw the showcase.

The comment section and everyone else went crazy as soon as the preview video came out.

It's a collaboration with the popular anime "Demon Slayer."

They're also collaborating with the popular game "Dave the Diver."

I couldn't help but think, "How did this happen?"

The collaboration with Dave the Diver will start in October,

followed by the Demon Slayer collaboration in November.

I haven't watched Demon Slayer yet,

but it seems like fans are already going crazy.

They're making items and outfits for the main character and supporting characters.

It looks like there will be a lot of hot events from summer to fall and winter.

Sadly, they said that new 6th job skills or balance patches aren't scheduled for this year.

That was a bit disappointing.

And of course, there's loot for the showcase.

You can get a Milestone Showcase Gift Box.

It includes Mike's Gift Box,

and various other rewards.

You can get it from Saturday, June 8th to Wednesday, June 19th.

You can get it by talking to the Operator NPCs in each town.
